SHIPPING POLICY
We only ship to the UK
Shipping is arranged by the Upholsterer named in the product section. You will hear from the Upholsterer with 24 hours of purchase who will advise you of the estimated delivery time and courier service handling the shipping.

We pride ourselves on customer service and aim to provide a friendly, fast and efficient experience at every stage of shopping and delivery.
Delivery:

Please ensure you have provided us with a current mobile phone number for us to arrange delivery.
Man & Van Courier Service:
We usually use boxed parcel service, or a Man with Van courier service. We always arrange a courier within 24hrs and notify the customer with information regarding delivery within 48hrs. Customers will be contacted on their mobile number or by email to arrange delivery. Delivery is usually within 3-10 working days.
The driver will aid you get the item into your property but will be on his own so for large or heavy items you may need to arrange extra assistance. The Man & Van service is flexible with a delivery window but will give you plenty of notice that he is on his way. Man & Van couriers are loaded with multiple items to deliver to different destinations across the country and will do their best to accommodate your requirements but are essentially on their way to the next customer when they get to you. Therefore, they cannot always be more specific than a particular day when they first contact you but will then be able to give you an hour or two's notice as the delivery window approaches.
Items will be safely boxed, or wrapped in heavy duty protective plastic sheeting.
We aim to have your item delivered to you within 5-10 working days, however we reserve the right to allow a maximum of 30 days.
